Our Volunteers
Gillian Fraser Lee
Gill has lived in Linton, on and off, since she was 11. A public historian, she is co-director of HistoryNeedsYou, working with schools, museums and historic properties to engage people of all ages with history. Gill is also studying for an MA in English Literature.
Gill really enjoys meeting Linton’s young people (and keeping them supplied with toast!).
Peter Edwards
Peter has been a primary school teacher for nearly ten years in the Cambridge area. He enjoys helping children get excited about all aspects of learning.
Volunteering at the youth club in Linton is a new experience for him but he is loving getting to know the young people and what is important to them. Outside work he is chair of a local brass band and enjoys reading and gardening.
